Hello, I’m Maia — mum to three energetic little boys under five.

As a busy mum, I struggled to find children’s clothing that was both stylish and practical. I wanted pieces that looked good, felt comfortable, and kept up with their everyday adventures from crawling, climbing, running, snuggling, and everything in between - while still being easy for parents to manage. I kept coming back to terry-towelling: a fabric that is soft, breathable and wonderfully versatile. For me, there's also a sense of nostalgia with towelling that instantly brings back the simple days of childhood.

I wanted reliable staples that we could reach for everyday, whether we were heading out for a playdate or winding down after a busy day. A clothing collection that suited our lifestyle: playful, active, and a little bit messy.

That’s how Tots in Towelling was born -inspired by real parenthood, the nostalgia of simpler times and the unstoppable energy of small children.
