  • They are returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • They are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged, unless they are faulty.

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at hello@totsintowelling.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We aim to reply with return instructions within 48 hours.
  3. Carefully package the item, with the original packaging, and send it back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return;

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
